新时期高职院校征兵工作问题和对策的思考

Problems and Countermeasures on Enlisting Recruits from Students in High Vocational Colleges

征兵工作是我国军队现代化建设的重要组成部分,通过对高职院校征兵工作的调研,阐述了征集大学生入伍的重要意义,分析了当前高职院校征兵工作中存在的主要问题,提出了解决问题的对策。对提高高职院校征兵工作实效,促进征兵工作科学发展,改进征兵工作体制具有一定意义。

Enlisting recruits from college students is an important part of the modernization of army. On the basis of investigation in other colleges,this paper points out the problems existing in the recruitment process,and puts forward the countermeasures to these problems. It is hoped that the measures can be of significance to improve the recruitment work in high vocational colleges scientifically.
