特发性睑痉挛治疗方法的新探索

Exploration on treatment method of idiopathic blepharospasm

目的探索一种安全、有效、经济易行的治疗特发性睑痉挛的方法。方法 2006年2月～2008年2月,对物理治疗、内科保守治疗(口服药治疗)均无效的50名特发性睑痉挛患者,通过局部以无水酒精+2%利多卡因封闭疗法。结果 50名特发性睑痉挛患者通过治疗,其中40名患者症状消失,10名患者症状改善,治疗效果满意。结论局部无水酒精封闭疗法,是一种安全、有效、经济易行的治疗特发性睑痉挛的方法。

Objective To explore one safe, effective, economic and easy way for curing idiopathic blepharism. Methods From Feburary 2006 to Feburary 2008, 50 patients of idiopathic blepharism who suffered failure of physical therapy and conservative medical management （ oral administration） received local absolute alcohol ＋ 2% lidocaine block therapy. Results Through therapy, the symptom of 40 patients disapperared and 10 patients got better among of them, the therapy effect was satisfactory. Conclusion Local absolute alcohol block therapy is one kind of safe, effective, economic and easy way for curing idopathic blepharism.
