电脑综合治疗仪对减少产后乳胀的疗效观察

Observation of the therapeutic effect of post-natal recovery treatment on reducing breast distension

目的观察电脑综合治疗仪对减少产后乳胀的效果。方法选择2009年10月～2010年2月住院自然分娩的单胎产妇120例,平均年龄19～32岁,无新生儿严重窒息与畸形,在母乳宣教、技术指导等方面一致的前提下,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组在传统母乳喂养宣教及指导下配合综合电脑治疗仪治疗,对照组只进行传统母乳喂养宣教及指导。结果试验组较对照组发生乳胀少(P<0.05)。结论电脑综合治疗仪能够疏通乳腺管,可以减少产后乳胀的发生。

Objective To observe the effect of postpartum in reducing breast distension by computer - based integrated treatment instrument. Methods On the premise of publicity and technical guidance of breasffeeding, 120 cases of natural childbirth ,whose average age was 19 -32, with no serious neonatal asphyxia and deformity, were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group were given publicity and technical guidance of breastfeeding with computer - based integrated treatment instrument, the other cases of the control group without latter. Results The observation group was superior to the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Computer - based integrated treatment instrument makes for reducing breast distension of postpartum by unblocking the mammary gland tube.
