个体化健康教育对阶梯式定点穴位电刺激治疗酒精依赖的疗效观察

Clinical therapeutic effect of Individual health education to the amphitheatre fixed-point acupucture point Electrostimulant therapy for alcohol dependence

目的探讨个体化健康教育对阶梯式定点穴位电刺激治疗酒精依赖患者的疗效。方法选择符合入组条件的62例酒精依赖患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,两组患者在常规治疗和护理的基础上,对试验组再实施个体化健康教育。根据患者复饮率、累加戒酒时间、临床疗效分级标准评定效果。结果试验组效果明显高于对照组,t检验有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论个体化健康教育能帮助患者克服畏惧心理,增强意志承受能力,提高戒酒有效率。

Objective To investigate the effect of Individual health education to the amphitheatre fixed - point acupucture point Electro - stimulant therapy for alcohol dependence. Methods 62 alcohol dependence status were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was given the mental intervention based on the amphitheatre fixed - point acupucture point Electro - stimulant therapy, the control group was not given the systemic psychological behavior intervention. To evaluate these status according to the rate of relaps, the clinical therapeutic effect ranking standards. Results The effective power of experimental group was higher than the control group obviously （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Mental intervention can help status overcome the fear psychology, enhance willpower and elevate the effect of alcohol withdrawal.
