摘要
利用保罗米(Bolomey)计算得出配合比的粗集料级配多是以连续密实级配为主,其混凝土拌和物的工作性已开展了大量研究,且效果良好,而粗集料具有嵌锁结构的混凝土拌和物工作性研究还很少.根据马骉教授振动填充试验结果,选取具有嵌锁结构粗集料,利用均匀设计法安排试验,回归分析试验结果.通过试验结果分析可知,均匀设计安排试验可以大量减少试验工作量;嵌锁密实混凝土土拌和物坍落度与水灰比呈线性递增关系,与砂率和集浆比呈线性递减关系,且影响因子大小为水灰比>砂率>集浆比.
The coarse aggregate grading resulting from Bolomey calculation is mainly the continuous dense grading . According to the vibration filling test results of Professor Ma Biao, we selected the coarse aggregate with the interlocking skeleton structure,and arranged the testing with uniform design.The test results indicate that the uniform design experimental tests can significantly reduce the amount of testing; the concrete mixture slump increases linearly with the water-cement ratio, decreases linearly with the sand rate and aggregate-cement ratio, and the size of impact factor is water-cement ratio sand ratio aggregate-cement ratio.
