摘要
积极心理学是20世纪末西方心理学界兴起的一股新的研究思潮,它注重研究人性的积极方面,倡导充分挖掘人固有的潜在的具有建设性的力量,促进个人和社会的发展。这种思潮对于高校的人格教育具有重要的启示意义,其启示主要体现在对人格教育目标、人格教育内容、人格教育方法、人格教育环境、人格教育主客体关系的五个方面。
Positive psychology is a ideological trend arousing in western countries in the end of 20 th century.It is concerning on positive features of human beings,advocating to fully cultivate the strengths inherented by human,so as to promote the devlopment of human and society.Positive psychology has many enlightments to the contemporary personality education of undergraduates in our country,especially to the aims,contents,methods,environments,and the relationships between the teachers and the students during the course of personality education.
