论和谐社会下女大学生情感教育系统构建

A Reseach of Female Undergraduate's Emotional Education From the Perspective of Social Work

当代女大学生是倍受社会各界关注的一个特殊社会群体。随着经济的高速发展,女大学生承受着来自传统文化和社会生产力发展要求的双重压力,因此产生了情感等方面的心理冲突。为了缓解冲突,提高女大学生的综合素质,我们利用社会工作的专业助人手法并结合我国高校的实际情况,力图构建一个事前预警与事后恢复相结合的女大学生情感教育体系。通过对女大学生情感心理特征及其特殊需求的分析以及对现行措施的比较,从而证明社会工作介入高校学生工作的可行性。

The contemporary female undergraduate is a special social group attracting the attention from all circles of society. With the accelerated development of economic growth,female undergraduates has suffered double-stresses derived from the traditional culture and the demands of social productivity development,which leads to any psychological conflicts such as emotional ones.In order to alleviate the strain and improve their comprehensive abilities,we apply social work specialized approaches of helping others and take the reality of our universities into account,aiming to establish an emotional education system together with combination of pre-warning and post-remedy and development.According to the emotional characteristics psychoanalysis and comparison between the measures taken presently,we contrive to manifest the possibility that social work is able to engage in the college students’management successfully.Meanwhile,as a social work student,it is also an attempt on the localization process of social work in Mainland.
