摘要
采用表面活性剂结构诱导均相沉淀法,通过控制Ca(OH)2晶体的生长,制备出颗粒均匀、单分散纳米Ca(OH)2粉体。采用SEM、XRD、BET、FT-IR等方法对样品进行了表征。对纳米Ca(OH)2粉体吸附捕获NOx气体性能进行了测试评价。当反应时间2h,添加质量分数10%PEG600、添加浓度0.086mol/L的SDS时,产物比表面积分别达28m2/g、55m2/g。颗粒粒径分别为:500nm~1μm、200nm~300nm;所制备Ca(OH)2在达到吸附饱和之前,对NOx具有良好的吸附去除能力。制备的Ca(OH)2粉体可用于液体推进剂泄漏处理。
In this experiment the homogeneous precipitation method was adopted.The nano-Ca(OH)2 powder with uniform particles and monodispersing property was prepared through controlling the Ca(OH)2 crystal growth,which structure was induced by the surfactant.The Ca(OH)2 samples were characterized by SEM,XRD,BET,FT-IR.The adsorption performance of the nano-Ca(OH)2 powder to NOx was tested and evaluated.When the reaction time was 2 h,the dosage of PEG600 was 10 % and the concentration of SDS solution was 0.086 mol/L,the product specific surface areas were 28 m2/g and 55 m2/g,particle sizes were 500 nm ~ 1 μm and 200 nm ~ 300 nm respectively.The nano-Ca(OH)2 has a good adsorption removal ability for NOx before reaching the saturation adsorption,so it can be used for propellant N2O4 leakage disposal.
