摘要
采用酸碱法对福建大田中碳石墨进行提纯,研究不同的酸碱条件及添加剂对石墨提纯效果的影响。在NaOH/C为35%,焙烧温度700℃,焙烧时间90min,盐酸浓度为15%,盐酸与石墨的质量比为3.84,酸浸时间为150min时,可得到固定碳含量为94.93%高碳石墨。同时研究了添加剂四硼酸钠对石墨提纯的影响,当四硼酸钠的用量为石墨质量的4%,焙烧温度550℃,其他条件不变时,石墨的固定碳含量可以达到95.93%,添加剂可以有效提高固定碳含量,降低焙烧温度。
With the medium-carbon graphite produced in Datian County as raw materials,studying graphite purification is carried out.The carbon content reaches to 94.93 % when NaOH/C is 35%,calcinations temperature is 700℃,calcinations time is 90min,hydrochloric acid is 15%,hydrochloric acid and graphite mass ratio is 3.84,acid leaching time is 150 min.At the same time,additive used in purification of graphite is studied.When the amount of additive is 4% of the mass of graphite,the calcinations temperature is 550℃,other conditions remain unchanged,fixed carbon content of graphite can reaches 95.93%.Additive can improve the fixed carbon content and lower the roasting temperature.
