脱硫石膏基抗裂砂浆的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 本实验研究了矿物掺和料的掺入量、聚丙烯纤维的尺寸及含量、养护条件等因素对抗裂砂浆性质的影响。实验结果表明,当脱硫石膏∶矿粉∶水泥∶氧化钙∶硫酸钾:纤维=600∶300∶100∶30∶8∶12,水灰比为0.31时,砂浆的性能指标均符合北京地方标准DB11T537-2008的要求;脱模→自然养护24h→快速养护24h→自然养护的养护方法有利于混合砂浆的水化,所得制品综合性能最好:初凝时间3h,终凝时间6h,抗折强度4.4MPa;压折比为2.4。 The investigation deals with the influences of the various factors,such as percentage of mineral admixture,the length and variation of the polypropylene fiber content,curing conditions,water-cement ratio etc,on the mechanical properties of the anti-crack mortars.Results of experiments show that,when FGD gypsum:mineral powder:cement:calcium oxide:potassium:fiber = 600:300:100:30:8:12,and the ratio of water/mixture is 0.31,the properties of the mortar meet the standard requirement of DB11T537-2008;the curing method:Demold→Nature curing 24h→Fast curing 24h→The natural curing,are best at the hydration of mixed mortar,and the products have the best overall performance:The initial setting time is 3 h,and final setting of specimen is 6 h;the flexural strength is 4.4 MPa;the ratio of compression strength/flexural strength is 2.4.
