摘要
以沙漠沙为主要原料,配以适量的助熔剂和粘结剂等组分,经一定工艺可以制成性能良好的透水砖。对样品进行了透水性能、抗压强度和耐磨性能的测试与分析。结果表明:沙漠沙加量、烧结温度、保温时间均对样品的透水系数、抗压强度和耐磨性能有比较明显的影响。但由于石英相变产生的体积变化,致使样品变形、出现裂纹,很难生产出有实际用途的工业产品。以耐火黏土熟料代替部分沙漠沙,可在一定程度上提高透水砖强度,同时又能保持较高的透水系数。若生产出的透水砖性能符合要求,耐火黏土孰料的加入量应不低于20%。
The desert sand,flux and adhesives were made into good performance water permeable brick.The permeability coefficient,compression strength and abrasion resistance of samples were studied.The results showed that sand addition,sintered temperature,holding time had influence on permeability coefficient,compression strength and abrasion resistance.Some samples were out of shape because of phase transformation and expansibility of quartz,so that it was difficult to produce the industrial products in-service use.Calcined flint clay can improve density and permeability coefficient of samples.Calcined flint clay addition was not less than 20%,so qualified water permeable brick may be produced.
