摘要
利用微波辐照强化制备铝柱撑膨润土吸附剂,并对其进行了性能表征。将其应用于氨氮浓度1200mg/L的垃圾渗滤液预处理。通过柱撑膨润土吸附实验,研究了微波柱撑膨润土在不同条件下对垃圾渗滤液中氨氮的去除效果。实验结果表明,在微波柱撑膨润土投加量为10g/L,pH值为6,反应时间20min,沉降时间30min时,能够使垃圾渗滤液中氨氮的去除效率达到76.8%,CODcr去除率85.5%,减轻了后续生物处理的负荷。
By means of Al2(SO4)3 and enhanced by microwave radiation,a new absorbent was produced.Properties of pillared bentonite were characterized by various analysis techniques.The Al-pillared bentonite was applied to pretreat the high concentration landfill leachate with ammonia-nitrogen up to 1200 mg/L.Study examined the optimum preparation conditions of adsorbent and the adsorption properties of ammonia-nitrogen.Experiment results showed that removal efficiency of NH4+ had reached to 76.8% and CODcr reached to 85.5% under the optimum conditions of pillared bentonite amount 10 g/L,pH 6.0,reaction time 20 min and sedimentation 30 min.The pretreatment of high strength NH4+ landfill leachate with microwave enhanced Al-pillared bentonite will prevent excessive loads on the next biological treatment process.
