关于肿瘤敏感基因TSG101的分子生物学研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 ＩＳＧ１０１是近来发现的一个从酵母到人高度保守的蛋白家族。其Ｎ端与泛素结合酶（ＵＢＣ）有一定的同源性。有研究表明：ＴＳＧ１０１的转录子在某些肿瘤细胞中发生了异常剪接；ＴＳＧ１０１可能有转录因子的作用；ＴＳＧ１０１也有可能作为一种显性负调节子参与泛素系统对细胞周期的调节。
