企业知识员工流动影响因素分析

摘要 本文从员工工作嵌入和知识员工激励理论出发,采用因子分析和LISREL路径图,实证分析了影响企业知识员工流动的因素。得出:组织匹配、组织连结、组织牺牲变量与流动意向显著负相关;个体成长和薪酬待遇变量对流动意向具有负向影响作用。
