摘要
文章介绍了钢管管端缺陷检测盲区的形成,借助Ansys有限元分析软件强大的电磁场分析能力和实体建模功能对钢管管端磁场分布进行分析,确定了管端缺陷检测中引入引体消除检测盲区的必要性,并建立相应的磁场模型以研究管端附加引体消除磁力线散射现象的可行性,通过对钢管管端缺陷信号实例进行模拟仿真加以验证。验证结果表明,所提出的方法能准确地识别出缺陷信号,可以消除管端缺陷检测盲区。
This paper shows the formation of blind area of steel tube head detection and analyzes the distribution of magnetic area of steel tube head by using the electromagnetic field analysis and solid modeling in Ansys finite element analysis software.It also explains the necessity of using additional tube to eliminate blind area in tube head detection and establishes a model of magnetic area in order to verify the feasibility of using additional tube to eliminate the scattering phenomena of magnetic line of force.Finally,simulation examples of steel tube head defective signal are given to prove its correctness.The results show that the presented method can identify the defective signal accurately and eliminate blind area in tube head defect detection.
