摘要
文章以单生产商和多零售商构成的供应链为研究对象,依据运费承担对象的不同分2种情况研究其协调模型;分别采用价格折扣和价格补贴的协调策略,使得供应链各方的成本都有所降低,实现了共赢,最后针对2种情况建立了数学模型并进行了求解。
Aiming at a supply chain with a single manufacturer and multiple retailers,this paper studies its coordination models in two cases respectively according to different freight-borne parties.The paper adopts price discount and price subsidy as coordination strategies respectively,bringing about reduced cost of each party and realizing win-to-win in the supply chain.Finally,mathematical models are established and solved in view of two cases respectively.
