摘要
3 dB合成器/分配器具有宽频带、应用频率高、体积小、承受功率大和损耗小的特点,是一种良好的射频器件。文章介绍了3 dB功率合成/分配器的工作原理,给出了主要技术指标及设计步骤,设计了一种以微带线形式在UHF波段内实现这类3 dB宽频带的功分器,HFSS仿真结果证明了这种设计的有效性和可行性。
The 3 dB power combiner/divider is an ideal radio frequency device and has many advantages such as wide operating frequency band,high operating frequency,small device volume,hundreds watt of power capacity and small insert loss.In this paper,the operating principle of 3 dB power combiner/divider is reviewed,the main technical indicators and design approach are given,and then a particular design of 3 dB power divider over a wideband of UHF with microstrip is presented.The simulation result of HFSS proves the validity and feasibility of the design.
