窦性心率震荡对急性冠脉综合征预后分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨窦性心率震荡(Heart rate trubulence,HRT)对急性冠脉综合征(Acute Coronary Syndrome,ACS)患者预后影响。方法观察182例ACS患者发病后5~20 d HRT参数TO、TS值。结果随访(21±13.3)个月,死亡21例。分析显示ACS死亡与HRT分类、低左心室射血分数及高龄显著相关。差异均有统计学意义。结论 ACS的死亡与TO和TS异常增高有关。提示HRT是可以作为ACS患者判断预后的一项指标。
