摘要
目的研究紫花丹参和白花丹参不同器官-根(周皮、韧皮部和木质部)、茎、叶、花序中总丹参酮、总酚酸、总黄酮的积累规律,旨在为丹参的规范化种植、适时采收、药用部位的扩展、药材质量控制以及合理开发利用提供理论依据。方法采用分光光度法对紫花丹参和白花丹参不同器官不同生长时期总丹参酮、总酚酸、总黄酮含量进行测定。结果丹参根(周皮、韧皮部和木质部)、茎、叶、花序中均含有总丹参酮、总酚酸、总黄酮,这3种有效成分的含量随发育阶段的不同而不同;3种有效成分在根、茎、叶中呈现不同的积累规律;就同一部位而言,同一种有效成分在紫花丹参和白花丹参中的变化规律基本一致,但总体上白花丹参各药用成分含量大于紫花丹参。结论丹参根、茎、叶、花序中均含有较高的总丹参酮、总酚酸和总黄酮,在不同生长时期,其含量存在显著差异,可在药用成分含量较高时期分别采收。
Objective To study the accumulation rule of total tanshinone,total phenolic acid and total flavonoids in the root(periderm,phloem and xylem),stem,leaf and inflorescence of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.f.alba,in order to provide the base for normalized cultivation,timely harvesting,medicinal part extension,quality control of medicinal materials and reasonable development and utilization of medicinal resources.MethodsUltraviolet-visible spectrophotometric method was used to determine the contents of total tanshinone,total phenolic acid and total flavonoids in different organs of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.f.alba at different growth periods.ResultsThe root(periderm,phloem and xylem),stem,inflorescence and leaf of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.f.alba all contained total tanshinone,total phenolic acid and total flavonoids,and the contents of the three active components were various at different development stages;the accumulation rules of the three active components in root,stem,leaf and inflorescence were different.For the same part,the accumulation rules of the same active component was essentially consistent;the three active components contents of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.f.alba was generally higher than those of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.ConclusionThe root,stem,inflorescence and leaf of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.f.alba all contain higher total tanshinone,total phenolic acid and total flavonoids,and the three active components contents are significantly different in different growing stages,so different medicinal parts can be harvested separately in the growing stage which contains higher medicinal components.
