摘要
目的研究人参蛋白的抗辐射损伤作用。方法以^(60)Co-γ射线一次性照射小鼠全身,观察人参蛋白对照射小鼠外周血白细胞数,骨髓细胞微核数,红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量以及胸腺、脾脏指数的影响。结果人参蛋白能增加辐射后小鼠外周血白细胞数,减少骨髓细胞微核数,增加红细胞SOD活性,抑制肝脏MDA含量升高,提高胸腺及脾脏脏体指数。结论人参蛋白对γ射线所致小鼠辐射损伤有较好的保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of ginseng protein against radiation injury in mice.MethodsThe model was made in mice by ^(60)Co-γ radiation.The quantity of peripheral white blood cells(WBC)and bone marrow cells micronucleus were counted,respectively.The activity of SOD in red blood cell,the content of MDA in hepar,and the weight of thymus and spleen were determined,respectively.ResultsGinseng protein could increase the quantity of WBC,the activity of SOD and index of spleen and thymus organ,reduce the quantity of bone marrow cells micronucleus and the content of MDA.ConclusionGinseng protein is effective in protecting the γ-radiation injury in mice.
