摘要
目的应用大孔吸附树脂富集纯化川牛膝中有效成分杯苋甾酮。方法川牛膝醇提取液回收乙醇后上大孔吸附树脂柱,以水和不同浓度的乙醇依次洗脱,再用硅胶柱进一步分离纯化。结果杯苋甾酮集中在75%乙醇洗脱部分,且纯度较高,能够最大限度地去粗取精。结论采用大孔吸附树脂方法富集、纯化川牛膝中杯苋甾酮可行。
Objective To enrich and puriy cyasterone in Cyathula officinalis Kuan with macroporous absorptive resins.MethodsThe macroporous absorptive resin columns absorbing the Cyathula officinalis Kuan ethanol extracts were eluted respectively with water and different concentrations of ethanol,then separated and purified with silica gel column chromatography.ResultsThe high-purity of cyasterone concentrated in 75% alcohol eluant,so macroporous absorptive resins could remove impurities and absorb the essences.Conclusion It is feasible to enrich and purify cyasterone in Cyathula officinalis Kuan with macroporous absorptive resins.
