摘要 采用固色剂Nylofixan PBS liq和吸湿排汗整理剂DM-3741对深色锦/氨纶织物进行固色和吸湿排汗整理。通过单因素试验确定固色工艺为:Nylofixan PBS liq4%(omf),pH值5,70℃固色处理30min,该工艺可有效提高锦/氨纶织物的耐皂洗、耐酸碱汗渍及耐海水色牢度2级左右。DM-3741对锦/氨纶织物具有良好的吸湿排汗效果,可显著改善织物的吸水性,极大地提高穿着舒适性,且对固色后锦/氨纶织物的色光和色牢度影响不大。 Fixing and moisture management finishing were carried out on deep color polyamide/polyurethane fabric with a fixing agent Nylofixan PBS liq and a moisture management agent DM-3741. The optimum fixing process was determined by singlefactor experiment as follows: treating at 70 ℃for 30 minutes with Nylofixan PBS liq 4% (omf) and pH value 5. Color fastness to soaping, acid/alkaline perspiration and seawater of the treated fabric could be improved by 2 grades. Polyamide/polyurethane fabric treated with DM-3741 featured good moisture management effect with improved hydroscopicity and comfortableness, and had little influence on the shade and color fastness.
