涡流纺棉织物活性染料冷轧堆染色

摘要 采用Everzol高效活性染料对涡流纺棉织物进行冷轧堆染色,探讨了碱剂种类、堆置时间、堆置温度和促染剂用量对固色率的影响。试验结果表明,优化的染色工艺为:采用适量烧碱和硅酸钠为复配碱剂,堆置时间12~14h,堆置温度25~30℃,促染剂用量20~30g/L。采用该工艺染色,染色时间短,染色牢度优良。 Cold pad batch dyeing was carried out on cotton fabric made from vortex spun yarns with efficient reactive dye Ever- sol. Influences of alkali, accelerant dosage as well as dwelling time and temperature on fixation yield were discussed. Experi- mental results showed that the optimum process was taking certain amount of caustic soda and sodium silicate as compound alkali and dwelling at 25 ~ 30 ℃ for 12 -14 hours with sodium sulphate 20 ~ 30 g/L. This process featured shortened time and good color fastness.
