摘要
建立了纺织品中多种含氯苯酚(三氯苯酚、四氯苯酚、五氯苯酚)气质联用检测方法。采用甲醇超声提取,旋转蒸发后用碳酸钾溶液溶解,经乙酰化后离心并用正己烷萃取定容,再用气质联用仪进行测定。结果表明,该方法操作简单、回收率好、灵敏度高、重现性好。含氯苯酚类物质在0.01,0.05和0.3mg/kg添加水平下,平均回收率在85%~120%,RSD值小于10%。
A testing method of determination of residual chlorinated phenols (trichlorophenol, tetrachlorophenol and pentachlo- ropenol) in textiles with GC-MS was established. The sample was ultrasonic-assisted extracted with methyl alcohol, dissolved with potassium carbonate solution after rotating evaporation, centrifugated after acetylization, extracted and metered with normal hexane, and then determined with GC-MS. Results showed that this method featured easy operation, high recovery, sen- sitivity and reproducibility. In condition of 0.01, 0.05 and 0.3 mg/kg chlorinated phenols, average recovery was 85% ~ 120% and RSD value was less than 10%.
