摘要
对三菱公司M701F型燃气轮机空载满速定速值在机组检修后发生的异常现象进行了分析,介绍了主控系统中转速控制燃料基准(GVCSO)、燃料限制控制燃料基准(FLCSO)的控制逻辑,将燃料伺服阀门指令与反馈值的偏差控制到±0.2%时,可以将空载转速定位在满意的数值。
Speed setting troubles encountered by a Mitsubishi M701F gas turbine were analyzed during no-load full-speed test after its overhaul,while relevant control logics of GVCSO and FLCSO in the main control system described.A satisfactory value of no-load speed can be set by controlling the deviation between instruction and feedback value of the fuel servo valve within ±0.2%.
