摘要
在日常测试中,笔者发现行业标准YY0598-2006血液透析及相关治疗用浓缩物中的试验方法存在着局限性,该方法未能正确地反映碳酸氢盐在透析液中的真实浓度。通过研究血液透析液中碳酸氢根离子含量测定方法,深入探讨其反应机理及干扰因素,以供质量标准修订或日常测试中质量控制结果异常排查的参考,并对正确测定碳酸氢盐含量提出了改进。
During the routine tests,it＇s found that the testing method related to Hemodialysis mentioned in the industy standard YY0598-2006 cannot reflect the real bicarbonat concentration in Hemodialysis. To discuss the reaction principle and its interference factors deeply by studying the assay determination of bicarbonate in Hemodialysis,and it could be cited as reference for amending the quality standard or troubleshooting. The improved way of determining bicarbonat concentration in Hemodialysis is also put up.
