基于计算法的成形车刀刀刃廓形修正

摘要 针对成形车削加工中,刀具前、后角的变化引起刀刃廓形与工件廓形的不一致性,以及工件廓形的测量平面与其形成平面不同而产生的形状误差,分析了刀刃廓形与工件廓形之间的内在联系,提出了精确计算和设计的策略。鉴于修正工作的复杂性,给出了简化刀刃廓形修正计算的原则、方法及步骤,据此分别推导出圆体和棱体成形车刀廓形设计修正计算的方程式,该方程式可直接用于刀具廓形的精确设计计算。通过实例进行刀刃廓形的设计计算,取得了满意的效果。 Aiming at the inconsistency of outline between tool edge and work piece lineament and shape error besides the difference of measurable plan and forming plan of work piece during shaped turning manufacture,on account of the exist and variation of front angle and back angle along with the shaped tool edge outline,the accurate calculation methods are provided for design of shaped tool edge outline on the basis of analysis of inherence relation between tool edge and work piece outline.Considering the complexity of tool edge design,it offers the principle,methods and procedure of simplified design for shaped tool edge.Therefore,the equations of design calculation for cylindrical shaped tool and prism-shaped tool are deduced respectively,which can be directly used to calculate the dimensions of tool edge outline.An example of prism shaped tool design shows that the equations reasonable.
