摘要 为了攻克高速高产梳棉机用金属针布耐磨度不足这一难题,通过检测和研究国外高端金属针布,结合冶金及材料科学、表面技术的最新进展,从材质、工艺处理、设计等方面分析高耐磨金属针布研制的技术瓶颈,研究认为:材质的合金优化、超细晶粒钢、去除脱碳层、特殊表层处理、特殊热处理是有效的突破技术瓶颈的方法,而融合金属针布磨损机理、失效方式、衰退轨迹的高耐磨优化设计创新空间大,前景广阔。 In order to solve the problem of the wear resistance and service life of the card clothing on the hispeed and hi-production card,analysis is done to the the bottleneck of the development of the wear resistance card clothing regarding material quality,process, and design after the test and the research of the im- ported latest card clothing together with the progress of the metallurgy, material science and surface technology. It proves that the effective breakthrough includes the alloy optimization of the material, ultraifine grained steel, purgeing layer of decarburization, special surface treatment and special heat treatment. The high wear design that syncretize wear mechanism of card clothing, failure mode and decay track has innovative space and bigger prospective.
