摘要
为了克服传统钢丝综成型车易出现冲捻成型机构卡死和输送轨道接口堵塞的缺陷,在分析传统钢丝综成型车现状的基础上,提出一种新型的微电脑智能控制装置,重点从开停车运行,加工冲捻运行,检测控制,微电脑内部控制程序等方面,阐述了新装置的工作原理,通过实施效果的分析,指出:该装置利用光电式和电感式电子接近开关,检测机器运转时关键位置及部件的动作状态,依据微电脑控制器和控制程序来进行故障诊断并加以判断处置,实时发出指令驱动电磁脱档机构,实现自动停车保护和报警提示,具有结构简洁、操作智能化、性能可靠的特点。
To avoid the problems such as getting stuck of the punching twist mechanism and jamming of the joint of the rail on the wire heald twisting machine. Analysis is done to the current status of the wire heald twisting machine before an introduction of the new robot control device. The work-how is described of the new device regarding the start and stop performance, punching twist performance,inspection control,robot control programme. Practical production shows that the key parts of the machine is monitored by means of the photoelectron and induction approching switches. Trouble location and trouble shooting are done by the robot control device and the control programme. Realtime order drives the electromagnetic touch-off for the auto-stop protection and alarming. It is of simple structure, robot control, reliable performance.
