摘要
为提高梳理机的梳理效果,分析了植针式固定盖板的特点,将其优势和梳理机理与齿条式固定盖板进行了对比;通过在不同的机型上进行多种配置的试验,结果表明:在同等条件下,植针式固定盖板与齿条式固定盖板相比,各种指标均有不同程度的改善,而且有的指标改善明显。同时提出,要保证最佳梳理效果,必须根据梳理设备、所纺纤维原料品种,对前、后固定盖板齿密进行选配。
To improve the card effect, analysis is done to the performance of the pinned stationary flat regarding its advantages and the card mechanism in contrast to the wired stationary flat. Try production with multi configuration on the different frames proves that the pinned stationary fiat is superiror to the wired stationary flat regarding varieties of specifications, some specifications improving markedly. Conclusion is made that configuration of the front stationary flat and the rear stationary flat should be in conformity with the card and varieties of the material for better card effect.
