Practice of Reducing the Start-break of the Twisting Machine FA721

为了减少FA721型捻线机开车断头,在分析其开车断头多原因的基础上,通过优选钢丝圈圈形、适当加重钢丝圈质量,并将该捻线机的钢领板复位由自动改为手摇、关闭该捻线机的低速启动功能、调整卷绕螺距等措施的应用,使其断头大幅下降至可接受水平,不仅减轻了值车工的劳动强度,也保证了成纱质量。

To reduce the start-break of the twisting machine FA721,analysis is done to the causes resulting in start-break. Application of the following mearures including the optimization of the traveller form, proper addtion of the traveller quality,changing the auto reset into manual reset of the ring plate,close of the low speed start-up, regulation of the winding pitch of screw markedly reduce the start-break to the extent tolerable, thus reduce the labor tension with good yarn quality.
