The Selection and the Configuration of the New Card Clothing

为提高纺织厂针布选型和配套水平,介绍了梳棉用新型针布的特点、规格、梳理效果及迅速提高梳理和成纱质量的措施。分述弧形变角齿尖和组合齿尖道夫针布的设计与应用、新型通用型金属针布的特点以及新型针布的优良纺纱效果,并介绍高产、细号纱、化纤及高含杂低级棉用金属针布的特点,讨论了新型针布的"五度"及其配套问题。指出:新型针布选用配套时应综合考虑加工纤维性质、梳棉工艺、纺纱条件、各梳理器材间技术参数的相互影响及针布的使用寿命五方面因素;通用型金属针布科学地协调了梳理过程中针齿对纤维的分梳与转移的核心矛盾,实现了梳理功能从单一纤维向多种纤维的飞跃;新型针布"五度"是由制造质量、材质和包卷维护决定的,是充分发挥其作用的基础,制造厂和使用厂须共同努力发挥其优质高产的优势。最后给出了梳棉机各针布参数的回归方程,不同品种、不同产量针布配套的建议及棉纺针布配套选用表。

In order to upgrade the level of the selection and the configuration of the new card clothing, introduction is done to the new card clothing regarding the advantage, specification, carding efficiency plus the measures promoting the carding efficicency and quality of the resultant yarn. Description is done to the doff clothings either with arc variation tooth point and the assembeld tooth point regarding their design and ap- plication,the general performance.of the universal MCC and the good carding effect of the new card clothing. Introduction is given to the performance of the card clothings featured as hi-production, small dtex, synthetic and rich impurity content cotton fiber production. Discussion is made to the five degrees and the configuration problems of the new card clothing. Conclusion is made that five elements should be taken into consideration when the selection and the configuration of the new card clothing. They are varieties of fibers, carding process, spinning condition, the impacting factors of the specifications of the different carding accessories and the service life of the card clothing. The key problem such as poor carding and transferring of fiber is scientifically solved in process of carding for the universal MCC,leaping forward from single fi- ber production to variety fiber production. The five degrees of the new card clothing depends on manufacturing quality,material quality, binding and maintenance,thus fundemental to its performance. It is necessary for the manufaturer and the user to make joint efforts to fully use its performance of hi-production and hi-quality. Finally, the recursive equation of the specifications of the variety card clothings, advice on the configuration of the clothing with variety specifications and the clothing for cotton use are given.
