New Technology and New Thought of Energy Economic Gaining Efficiency in Spinning Production

摘要 为了提高纺纱效率和企业经济效益,分析了从前纺到细纱工段应用新技术、新器材实现节能、减排、降成本的效果,如前纺应用AFIS仪器,可降低配棉等级;细纱应用小锭盘节能锭子,橡胶节能锭带、塑料滚盘,V形牵伸、高效节能电机、变频调速技术等,均取得了较好效果。指出纺织行业节能降耗减排任重道远,纺机应优化设计,优胜劣汰,优选纺织器材;纺织厂只要从点滴抓起,节能潜力巨大。 To gain spinning efficiency for better enterprise profit, analysis is done to the effect of energy economy, reduction of drainage and cost reduction using new technology and new accessories in the sections from the preparation to the spinning. Good effect arises using AFIS instrument in the preparation section and application of the spindle with small spindle wharve of energy economy, rubber spindle tape, plastic rolling disk,v-shape draft, the motor of high enegy economy and the inverter technology in spinning section. Conclusion is made that the energy economy and drainage reduction have a long way to go. Design optimization is needed in selection of textile accessories in conformity with the policy of the superior pre- served and the inferior eliminated. So long as the the enterprise starts with dribs and drabs, there is a big potential in energy economy.
