ESWL术后配合中药治疗预防并发症的效果观察及护理

目的探讨中药治疗对预防体外冲击波碎石术后并发症(肾绞痛、石街、血尿等)疗效及护理要点。方法对64例行体外冲击波碎石术患者分A、B两组。A是对照组,B组实验组。A组术后未服用中药,B组术后配合中药治疗。结果配合中药治疗B组的术后并发症明显减少,采用成组t检验P<0.05。结论体外冲击波碎石术术后配合中药治疗对减少并发症的发生,治疗效果理想。

Objective To explore the traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the prevention of extracorporeal shock wave lithotfipsy （ESWL） postoperative complications （renal colic, Stone Street, hematuria, etc. ） points of the efficacy and care. Methods 64 routine extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy were divided into A, B groups. A is the control group, B is the experimental group. A group of western conventional treatment, B group in the western conventional treatment and primary care with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the same treatment. Results The results of group B with Chinese medicine treatment of postoperative complications decreased significantly. Using grouped t test P 〈0. 05, Conclusion ESWL after treatment with traditional Chinese medicine to reduce the occurrence of complications the results are satisfactory.
