摘要 目的介绍过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌(凯斯普)在手术室腔镜手术器械消毒灭菌中的应用。方法通过对1500例内窥镜手术用器械进行合理的清洁、干燥、打包和灭菌。结果全部器械合格,未发生1例因器械消毒缺陷而引发的感染。结论过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌是一种安全、环保、简便、快速的方法 ,能提高临床医疗工作效率和护理质量;使腔镜器械的消毒和使用更加方便、灵活、利于管理,大大提高了微创手术的效率。 Objective To introduce the application of H2O2 plasma low - temperature sterilization(CASP) for sterilizing endoscopic surgical instruments in operating room. Methods About 1500 sets of endoscopic surgical instruments were cleared, dried and sterilized through the technology. Results All endoscopic surgical instruments were up to standard and did not cause a case of infection. Conclusion The technology of H2O2 plasma low - temperature sterilization is a safe, green, convenient and fast method, which can advance the efficiency of clinical care and quality of care, and is more convenient and flexible for sterilizing and employing endoscopic instruments, and greatly improve the effectiveness of minimally invasive surgery.
