米酵菌酸对小鼠肾组织毒性作用的超微结构观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察米酵菌酸对小鼠肾组织毒性作用的超微结构改变,探讨米酵菌酸的中毒作用机制。方法小鼠腹腔注射米酵菌酸,2 h后取其肾组织,通过电镜观察其组织的超微结构改变。结果电镜下可见肾小管上皮细胞和肾小球足细胞及内皮细胞的线粒体水肿,嵴断裂或消失,部分线粒体髓样变和空泡样变性;粗面内质网扩张并脱颗粒;细胞核核周间隙增宽;毛细血管基底膜不匀性增厚。结论本实验结果表明米酵菌酸可造成肾组织亚细胞结构的损伤,可对米酵菌酸中毒引起的肾功能变化提供理论依据。 Objective To explore ultrastructure changes of kidney toxicity about bongkrekic acid in mice, and poisoning mechanism of BKA. Methods BKA was injected into the peritoneal cavity of mice with small dose,and the kidney tissue of mice was taken after 2 h. Ultrastructure changes were observed with electron microscope. Results It was saw that mitochondrial of tubular epithelial cells , glomerutar podocytes and endothelial ceils were swelling; in electron microscope, cristae was rupturing or disappearing; Some mitochondria had medullary changes and vacuolation ; rough endoplasmie reticulum expanded and had degranulation ; perinuclear space of nucleus was widened ; capillary basement membrane was uneven thickening. Conclusion There was poisoning action of BKA to mice kidney. The changes of mitochondria of cells and capillary basement membrane have important for understand the patients kidney function changes of BKA poisoning.
