摘要
目的探索益母草对环孢素A(CsA)慢性肾毒性的保护作用。方法将大鼠随机分为三组:对照组(橄榄油)、模型组(CsA+葡萄糖)及益母草组(CsA+益母草),观察给药前和给药28 d后各组大鼠内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、24 h尿量以及肾脏组织学变化。结果 CsA能诱导肾小球滤过率下降,导致肾间质纤维化和小动脉病变等。益母草注射液能提高肾小球率过滤并改善肾脏功能及病理变化,各组之间血浆醛固酮水平无变化。结论益母草能够明显改善CsA引起的肾功能损害。
Objective To explore the preventive effects of motherwort on cyclosporin - induced chronic nephrotoxicity. Methods Thirty adult male rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Group A received olive oil as control. Group B received cyelosporin A (CsA) and glucose injection. The rats in group C received CsA and motherwort injection. The amounts of urine in 24 hours and renal function were measured before and after the drugs were given. After the rats were given CsA and motherwort injection for 28 days, the changes of renal tissues were assessed by histological examination. Results CsA can induce the decrease of glomerular filtration rate ( GFR), induce the tubulointerstitial fibrosis and the injury of renal arterioles. However, motherwort can improve the function of kidneys and the pathological changes. Conclusion Motherwort has preventive effects on chronic nephrotoxicity induced by cyclosporine.
