摘要
针对传统管磨机隔仓装置中存在的筛分效率低、通风不良以及料位调节能力不平衡等问题,提出高效多重立体筛分装置的技术原理和构造设计方法,同时对其技术效果进行了分析。结果表明,该装置的应用可显著提高管磨机内筛分效率,改善磨内通风状态,并且延长使用寿命,具有显著的技术经济效益。
To deal with the problems existed in partition plate on traditional tube mill, such as low screening efficiency, weak ventilation and unbalanced material level setting, the technical principle and structure design of high efficient tridimensional muhi grading unit are proposed by the author. The analysis results showed that the screening efficiency, the ventilation state and service life can be improved by using this unit on tube mill.
