摘要 综述了加成固化型酚醛树脂(PF)研究进展,包括烯丙基化PF、炔丙基化PF(PN)和PF-环氧树脂(EP)等,讨论了加成固化型PF分子的几种设计方法。介绍了这几种树脂的制备及性能,指出了各种树脂体系的优缺点,并对其应用潜力进行了分析。加成固化型PF胶粘剂可以作为复合材料的基体树脂,具有良好的致密性和耐水性,此外也可以用作覆铜板材料。 The research progresses of polyaddition curable phenolic resin (PF),including allylation PF, propargyl PF and PF-epoxy resin (EP),were summarized. And several molecular design methods of polyaddition curable PF were discussed. The preparation and performances of several resins were introduced, the advantages and disadvantages of various resin systems were discussed and their application potentials were analysed. The polyaddition curable PF adhesives well density and water resistance could be used as matrix resin of composites or material of CCL(copper clad laminate) .
