摘要
分析了热保护器外壳制件的结构特点和冲压工艺性,完成了热保护器外壳拉深级进模设计。解决了深矩形件成形、矩形小过渡圆角区起皱及矩形长宽比大的制件容易拉裂问题。生产的制件质量稳定,对同类零件的冲压工艺和模具设计有一定参考作用。
A progressive drawing die for a thermal protector shell was developed based on analysis on the structural characteristics and stamping features of the component.Problems arising in the forming process of deep rectangular part like wrinkle in small fillet zone and tension crack were solved.
