摘要
悬臂偏摆变形是IT制件生产中的常见质量问题,其影响因素涉及精密级进冲压系统的各个环节。分析了冲裁条料性能、压力机和模具动态精度、冲裁工艺条件和制件形状对IT制件悬臂偏摆变形的影响,为控制IT制件悬臂变形方法提供了理论依据。
The deflection deformation of cantilever is one of common quality problems in the production of IT parts,in which the influencing factors lie in every aspect of precision progressive stamping system.In this paper,the effect of strip punchability,the dynamic accuracy of press and die,the blanking process condition and part shape on the deflection deformation of cantilever of IT parts was analyzed.
