目的：探讨本地百白破疫苗预防接种后异常反应的发生情况及处理办法.方法：对2004年1月至2010年1月我院预防接种百白破疫苗的352例儿童接种情况及处理办法进行分析和探讨.结果：3例儿童在预防接种后出现异常反应,异常反应发生率为0.85%.有2例局部症状主要表现为红肿或硬结反应,其中1例儿童合并化脓.有1例小儿出现全身症状主要表现为发热反应.两组小儿的异常反应差异无统计学意义.通过热敷、口服药物等对症治疗,儿童的红肿、化脓症状均显著缓解,儿童的体温下降至正常水平,无1例儿童受到不良反应的影响而停止免疫接种计划.结论：接种精制无细胞百白破疫苗仍有可能发生不良反应,通过接种前严格操作,询问病史,接种后对症治疗,可显著减少百白破疫苗异常反应的发生率.

Through the hot compress, the oral administration medicine and so on the just right for the illness treatment, the child inflamed, the suppuration symptom obviously alleviates, child＇s fall of bodily temperature to the normal level, does not have the influence which 1 example child receives responded not good to stop the immunity vaccination plan. Conclusion： Vaccinated purifies the non--cell DPT vaccine still to have the possibility to occur responded not good that, through vaccination before strict operation,inquired the medical history, after the vaccination the just right for the illness treatment, but obviously reduced the formation rate which the DPT vaccine exceptionally responded.
