胰岛素泵治疗初诊2-型糖尿病的效果观察——附50例报告

The insulin pump treatment first diagnosis 2-- diabetes effect observation--Attaches 50 examples to report

目的：探讨胰岛素泵治疗的初诊2型糖尿病的临床效果.方法：初诊2型糖尿病患者共100例随机分为观察组及对照组各50例,两组患者按其体重和活动消耗计算所需热量进食,于三餐前后及晚0点和3点监测血糖,以饮食治疗和运动疗法为基础,观察组使用韩国进口的胰岛素泵,对照组三餐前及睡前皮下注射生物合成人胰岛素.结果：观察组低血糖发生率为4.00%（2/50）,对照组为12.00%（6/50） 有显著性差异（P〈0.05）.观察组血糖控制天数为（6.32±1.94）天,对照组为（11.56±3.42）天（P〈0.01）.观察组治疗15天后每日维持胰岛素量为（38.89±8.45）IU,对照组为（56.45±10.34）IU（P〈0.05）.结论：胰岛素泵强化治疗和多次皮下注射胰岛素均取得满意临床效果,但胰岛素泵具有快速稳定血糖,减少胰岛素用量及低血糖的发生.

Objective： Discusses the first diagnosis 2 diabetes clinical effects which the insulin pump treats. Methods：The first diagnosis 2 diabetic altogether 100 examples divide into the observation group and control group each 50 examples stochastically, two group of patients according to its body weight and active consumption computation calorific requirements feed,around three meals a day and late 0 and 3 monitor blood sugars front, take the diet treatment and the kinesiotherapy as the foundation,the observation group uses the insulin pump which South Korea imports,in front of the control group three meals a day and rests the hypodermic injection biosynthesis person insulin. Results： The observation group hypoglycemia formation rate is 4.00%（2/50） ,the eontrol group is 12.00%（6/50） has the significance difference （P〈0.05）. The observation group blood sugar con trol number of days is （6.32±1.94） day,the control group is （11.56±3.42） day （P〈0.01）. After the observation group treats the 15 day to maintain the insulin quantity every day for （38.89±8.45） IU, control group for （56.45 ± 10.34） IU （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The insulin pump strengthens the treatment and the hypodermic injection insulin obtains the satisfaction clinical effect many times, but the insulin pump has the fast stable blood sugar,reduces the insulinamount used and the hypoglycemia occurrence.
