经腹与经阴道超声诊断宫外孕的临床效果对比分析

Abdominal ultrasound diagnosis ectopic pregnancy transvaginal and the clinical effect of comparative analysis

目的：对比宫外孕患者经腹超声与经阴道超声检查结果,探讨经阴道超声诊断宫外孕的的临床价值.方法：随机选择2008年1月-2009年12月本院早期宫外孕患者80例,均经手术及病理证实,分别应用仪器为LOGIQ-500及LOGIQ-5超声仪进行经腹超声和经阴道超声检查.结果：经阴道超声组各种声像图表现（附件包块、胚芽、原始心管搏动、盆腔积液、子宫内假孕囊）阳性率均高于经腹超声组,阳性率也高于经腹超声组（P＜0.05）.结论：经阴道超声分辨力高,图像清晰,在指导临床诊断异位妊娠中具有重要的应用价值.

Objective：To contrast with ectopic pregnancy transvaginal uhrasonography and abdominal ultrasound examination results,transvaginal uhrasonography diagnosis of clinical value of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： Random selection of January 2008-2009 December 80 cases of patients with early ectopic pregnancy, both by surgery and pathology confirmed, respectively for the application of Siemens G60 color dopplar ultrasound diag nosis instrument and Denmark BK -- by ultrasonic apparatus for 2101 abdominal ultrasound and by transvaginal uhrasonography. Results： By transvaginal uhrasonography group of various materials （annex bag piece, germ, the original heart beats tube and pelvic cavity accumulates fluid, uterus fake pregnancy rate are higher than the capsule） via abdominal ultrasound group, the rate of the abdominal ultrasound group than controls （P〈 0.05）. Conelusion： High resolution, transvaginal uhrasonography image is clear,in clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy has important application value.
