本文通过对58例在急诊留观的急性肠梗阻患者采用中西医结合方法护理,通过常规禁食、胃肠减压,并在常规治疗时辅以中药局部外敷、中药灌肠、鼻饲及中医辨证施护,使得肠功能恢复时间大大缩短,从而有利于患者疾病的康复.
