长期氧疗对慢性阻塞性肺病患者的疗效分析及护理

The long--term oxygen treatment analyzes and nurses to the chronicity blocking pulmonic＇s curative effect

目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD）患者长期氧疗的临床疗效及护理.方法： 将COPD患者60例随机分成治疗组和对照组,各30例,两组患者均接受常规治疗并指导患者在家中使用低流量吸氧.治疗组每天吸氧〉15h,在给予常规指导下,针对性的进行健康教育,定期随访.对照组每天吸氧〈12h,仅给予常规指导.随访观察1年,比较两组因COPD急性加重住院次数、治疗前及治疗后6个月、12个月动脉血气分析、血浆白蛋白的变化.结果： 12月内治疗组平均住院次数：（3.7±1.4）,对照组为：（6.7±1.9） 治疗组治疗后低氧血症改善情况、营养状况好转情况均好于治疗前及对照组.结论： 长期家庭氧疗对慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）稳定期治疗有效,可提高患者生活质量,而重视心理护理、加强氧疗的健康教育及定期随访是护理的关键.

Objective：Discusses the chronic blocking pulmonary tuberculosis （chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COPD） the patient long-- term oxygen treatment clinical curative effect and nursing. Methods： Divides into stochastically the COPD patient 60 examples the treatment group and the control group,each 30 examples,two group of patients accept the convention to treat and instruct the patient to use the low current capacity in the home to attract the oxygen. The treatment group attracts oxygen 〉15h every day,in gives under the conventional instruction,pointed carries on the health education, regular revisit. The control group attracts oxygen 〈 12h every day, only gives the conventional instruction. The revisit observes for 1 year,because compared with two groups before the COPD acute aggravation in hospital number of times,the treatment and treats the latter 6 months,12 month artery courage vigor analysis, the blood plasma albumin change. Results： In December treats the group average in hospital number of times： （3.7 ± 1.4）, the control group is：（6.7 ±1.9） ;After the treatment group treats the low oxygen blood sickness improvement situation,the nutrition condition change for the better situation all good before the treatment and the control group. Conclusion： The long--term family oxygen treatment is effective to the chronic blocking pulmonary tuberculosis （COPD） stabilization period treatment, may improve the patient quality of life,but takes psychological nursing,the enhancement oxygen treatment health education and the regular revisit is the nursing key.
