探讨胸外伤的临床急救与护理方法.方法：选择2009年3月至2010年2月我院收治28例重症胸外伤患者的临床护理.结果：28例患者,因抢救无效死亡1例,未见护理并发症发生.结论：临床护理中及早发现病情变化、维持呼吸功能、严密现察生命体征、有效组织抢救,可以减少并发症及死亡率,值得临床推广.

Results： 28 example patients,because rescues died invalid 1 example, has not seen the nursing complication to occur. Conclusion：In clinical nursing discovered early the condition change, the maintenance breath function,strict presently observes the life symptom, the effective organization rescues, may reduce the complication and the mortality rate,is worth the clinical promotion.
