目的：探讨心理护理在老年心血管疾病患者的康复过程中的重要作用.方法： 将我院2008年6月--2009年6月治疗的128例老年心血管疾病患者,平均分为两组.两组患者进行常规的治疗和护理.观察组在此基础上加入心理护理,另一组为队组 对两组患者的住院时间,心理变化,疗效,复发率及对护理效果的满意度等进行比较,并进行统计学分析.结果： 观察组的有效率高达93.5%较对照组高出5.9个百分点,且其余各项数据均有明显优势.结论： 在老年心血管病患者的护理中引入心理护理明显提高了治疗的效果,加快康复的时间,降低心血管疾病的复发率.

Objective： Discusses psychological nursing in the old age cardiovascular disease patient＇s recovery process vital role. Methods： 128 example old age cardiovascular disease patient who in June,2008 -- June,2009 treats my courtyard,divides into two groups equally. Two group of patients carry on conventional the treatment and nursing. The observation group joins psychological nursing in this foundation, another group for team group; To two group of patient＇s in hospital time, the psychological change, the curative effect, the recurrence rate and to nurses the effect the degree of satisfaction and so on to carry on the comparison, and carries on statistics analysis. Results：Observation group＇s effectiveness reaches as high as 93. 5% to compare the control group to outdo 5. 9 percentage points, also other each data has the obvious superiority. Conclusion： Introduction psychology nursing enhanced the treatment effect obviously in old age cardiovascular disease patient＇s nursing, speeds up the recovery the time, reduces the cardiovascular disease the recurrence rate.
