目的：探讨中西医结合疗法治疗慢性胆囊炎疗效.方法： 128例患者分对照组和治疗组分别服用消炎利胆片和消炎利胆片＋消炎利胆汤,2个疗程后观察其疗效.结果：治疗组68例,总有效率98.5%.对照组60例,总有效率51.4%.经统计学处理,两组差异有非常显著性（P〈0.01）,治疗组明显优于对照组.结论： 消炎利胆汤对病变的胆囊黏膜释放前列腺素有明显的抑制作用,中西医结合治疗慢性胆囊炎疗效更佳.

Objective：Discusses the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine therapy treatment chronic cholecystitus curative effect. Methods： 128 example patients divide the control group and the treatment group take the sterilization advantage gallbladder piece and the sterilization advantage gallbladder piece separately ＋ sterilize the favorable gallbladder soup, after 2 treatment courses observes its curative effect. Result：Treatment group 68 examples, total effectiveness 98.5 %. Control group 60 examples, total effectiveness 51.4 %. After statistics processing, two groups of differences have the unusual significance （P〈0.01） ,the treatment group surpasses the control group obviously. Conclusion： Sterilizes the advantage gallbladder soup to be known as the obvious inhibitory action to the pathological change gallbladder mucous membrane release prostate gland,the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment chronic cholecystitus curative effect is better.
