切开挂线旷置术治疗高位复杂肛瘘40例疗效分析

目的：探讨切开挂线旷置术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘疗效.方法：从2009年3月-2010年2月本院收治肛瘘患者中选取40例高位肛瘘患者,按入院日期随机分为观察组与对照组,各20例,观察组患者采用主瘘管切开挂线,支管旷置的方法治疗,对照组采用传统的传统的切开挂线术治疗.术后两组均采用常规抗感染中药熏洗等,比较两组疗效.结果：观察组有效率95%,对照组有效率90%,两组比较差异无统计学意义.观察组疗程短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义.结论：切开挂线旷置术治疗高位肛瘘较传统方法,疗程短,损伤小,治愈率高,值得临床应用.
